Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
23 April 2022 @ 1:30PM
Attendance: Jeong Lee, Paul Drumheller, Thomas Harker, Eydie and Michael from Management Company
April 6 minutes were not voted on so need to be done at next meeting, this was a special meeting for the exclusive purpose of getting through some pending issue votes. At the next meeting votes taken unanimously without a meeting will also be ratified for the dates of 3/2/22 - 4/23/22
Board approved the management Company to give "1 free spin" to homeowners and waive their first late fee at management discretion if there is a reasonable explanation why it was late.
Board approved moving forward with cleaning up lot via prior court order, legal to send notice.
