No structural alterations to the interior of any unit shall be made, and no plumbing or electrical work within any bearing or party walls, shall be made by any individual owner, or their con-tractor, except for emergency repairs, without prior written con¬sent by the Board of Directors, or a duly appointed Architectural Review Committee.
